Our bodies, O Lord, are as complicated as the universe! We are a mystery. A miracle. A finely, tuned, creative being. Everything within us is breathtaking! I am amazed to ponder our bodies, our brains, our organs! You formed each cell, each vessel, each intricate part. You created each part to be dependent upon another! I am in awe!
You even formed every bone in my body when you created me in the secret place; carefully, skillfully you shaped me from nothing to something. You saw who you created me to be before I became me! You created me, completely. In the secret place you knit my DNA together, as you skillfully made me from nothing. At that moment you knew what you wanted me to become. You assigned my purpose, your plan for my life. Before I entered this world, you had planned and recorded my days in your book! You pondered me, before I was. O God, may my arms always stretch up to you, in prayer, praise and thanksgiving! You are the best!
